Description

Radio set from a used-goods inventory. Included in the delivery are a transport case, four radios, headsets, chargers and additional accessories. The set has been stored on a shelf over the past ten years. Due to the long period of inactivity, the batteries must presumably be considered defective. The devices have not been tested; no current DGUV-V3 inspection is available. Collection in 50827 Cologne is possible by prior appointment. Collections are offered exclusively Mondays to Fridays between 10:00 and 17:00. The sale is as seen. Returns are excluded. For shipping via DHL, an additional 40,- EUR will be charged for packaging and handling. Shipping is carried out by handing the parcel over to a DHL parcel shop. Anyone who does not collect the set free of charge agrees to these shipping costs. The purchased item is sold to the exclusion of any warranty. This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages based on a grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by the seller, nor in the event of injury to life, body or health.
